By eliminating the headphone jack didn't they just create another revenue source? My understanding is that they get paid a per unit licensing fee by anyone who creates/sells an adapter. I was under the impression this was the reason they removed the jack.

I suffer from this. Recently someone told me,

"Don't think of "problems" in the extreme sense. A problem to solve could be as simple as increasing efficiency of something by 1%."

That reminds me of Star Trek TNG Geordi boosted the engine efficiency 1% or so.

Data asked why he is working on the engines Geordi says the engineer on another starship had his engines at something like 95%.

Then Geordi asks the computer for an update on the Enterprise's warp engine and the computer replies the engine efficiency increased a bit due to his changes.

I still don't understand how someone who is being investigated by the FBI can run for President of the United States and have this be perceived as a non issue.

Welcome to the circus that is the 2016 Presidential Election. She's running against "The Donald" ffs! The whole thing is just disgusting, top to bottom.

Ha! Yes, it is disgusting. Can you imagine applying for a job and the employer finds out that you are being investigated by the FBI. I would imagine that there would be some questions/concerns about hiring you. You can't just brush it off and say "Oh that, don't worry about that."

I'm on the same boat as you, don't feel bad about it, I feel the same way when I ask for help on StackOverflow. We have to start somewhere right?

Do you work on any side projects you might want to turn into paid products? Can you be the tech guy and the sales guy?

I have a similar problem, I get bored pretty quick.

Thanks, just what I needed to push me to build my side project. I think I need this on a shirt.

Where are you putting the button? How big will the button be?

Honestly I would guess 75%, depending on the questions above. My thinking is, why would they not want me to click it if they put it on the page?

I'm with you on this one, probably a pretty high percentage

If we go by the required salary alone, I cant live anywhere on this list... worst of all I reside in CA right now.

I'm afraid I will be facing the same problems here pretty soon. Have you tried calling/walking in to any local businesses that don't have websites set up? $1,000 for a simple static website might look like a bargain.

Best wishes, and good luck.
